Q Star Transmissions & Auto Service

"New to me" vehicle with NO service records. The cost for services was very reasonable, and the work was done quickly, and well. More importantly... Such a refreshing interaction with the owner! He actually assumed I had done some research! He was FRIENDLY and PROFESSIONAL! I felt like a person, not a "female". I met his son when dropping the vehicle off - another PLEASANT and FRIENDLY encounter. My vehicles will be making their regular visits to QStar from now on. I truly appreciate the atmosphere of welcome this shop exudes.

I needed transmission service to replace the fluid. I stopped in and spoke with Q. He politely answered all my questions. His schedule was pretty full for the week so I took an apt for the next week. When he called to confirm the appointment he mentioned he could get me in sooner. I jumped on it and my vehicle was done by 12pm as promised on that Friday. The price was less than quoted and had I brought cash/check instead of credit it would have been even better. But that's to be expected as credit card companies are always looking to nickel and dime everyone (especially small businesses) with fees for using their machines. Thanks Q. I will be back when I need my van serviced.

Qusay is the absolute best at what he does. He is the only one who works on my vehicles. He is trustworthy and does a great job in a timely manner!! I highly recommend him!!

This man always does a great job with all my families vehicles. He is incredibly honest will even go over prices of lower quality vs higher quality parts and take you under your vehicle and explain what’s wrong! I have been to other mechanics and generally feel taken advantage of, but not this guy! Trust him with all my routine maintenance and vehicle repairs!

This is a great place to go for your auto service needs. You should be taking your car to get work done here instead of the dealer. Their specialty is transmissions but they work on all sorts of things from wiring to differentials to most everyday service. He even went on a test drive to confirm the issue with me present. Diagnostics were quick, accurate and exceeded expectations. He is extremely professional, honest and friendly. He tells you exactly what you need to know and does a great job explaining it. There was no pressure to upsell you on anything and he explains exactly what he would do if it was his car. He gives you a honest opinion about your car and treats customers with the upmost level of respect. This is what we need more of in this industry. Q star transmissions and auto service is truly one of a kind.
